How did HR OptIn happen?  Like any powerful idea, the process began with a sharp ear and an open mind.

We listened to our HR clients -- among the world's most respected Fortune 1000 organizations. They told us they were looking for a better way to locate top HR talent for special projects and initiatives.

And we listened to our HR professionals -- among the most talented HR generalists, specialists, program managers, architects and advisors anywhere -- a large number of whom were interested in re-entering the workforce as independent HR consultants.  They told us they were looking for flexible choices.  They wanted the option of choosing when and where to work.  They wanted a new way to customize the HR responsibility they valued with the needs of their multi-faceted schedules and home life.
