- HR OptIn will handle your payment processing wihout tax withholding. Filing your taxes after accounting for your income and expenses is your responsibility. When we begin working together, you willl need to provide us with the requisite tax information such as your Social Security Number if you are setting up your business as a sole propietor, or a Federal Tax ID number if you have incorporated your business within your state.
